Cancellation & Refund Policy

Since MyAstrovani is providing the User with an astrology report which is a personalized digital product for which our astrologers spend immediate time and effort crafting calculations – we do not process refunds once an order is placed.

Strict Non-Refundable Terms:

• Language Policy: All astrology reports are delivered exclusively in English. No other language options are available. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances if you do not understand or read English or the language of the delivered report.
• Satisfaction Policy: Because astrology is based on chart interpretation, opinion, and Vedic astrological calculations, no refunds will be provided if you are not satisfied with the report predictions, readings, or analysis.
• 1-Hour Detail Revision Window: Birth details (Date of Birth, Time of Birth, Place of Birth) are processed immediately. If you need to correct your submitted birth details, you must email [email protected] or reply to your confirmation email within 1 hour of purchase. Requests submitted after 1 hour will not be eligible for detail changes, upgrades, or refunds.

While MyAstrovani will always try to ensure that each report is prepared carefully, however, because astrology is based on interpretation of birth chart and astrological calculations made thereon:

• MyAstrovani reports should be considered solely as an opinion based on the principles of astrology;
• MyAstrovani will not entertain any disputes related to User's comparison of MyAstrovani reports with any other astrologer or astrology website's interpretation or similar reports whatsoever.

Because MyAstrovani reports are based on the predictive science of Vedic astrology and not based on any specific published almanac, MyAstrovani does not rule out the possibility of unexpected technical or human errors in its reports. In the event of any such error being notified by the User, MyAstrovani's liability will, at all times, be limited to the extent of making reasonable efforts in rectifying such error and providing the User with a corrected report.

The delivery time-frames displayed on the Website are approximate although the Website shall make every endeavour to strictly adhere to them. However, since these astrology reports are personalized, customized and manually prepared by our astrologers, sometimes human delays may become inevitable and at other times, technical errors owing to computer, email server, website server, etc. are possible. Minor delays which are considered reasonable will not be treated as a basis for refunds.
