1. Strictly Non-Refundable Digital Goods
Because MyAstrovani provides personalized astrological PDF reports crafted specifically around the unique birth parameters of each customer, our analysts immediately initiate computational calculations upon order placement. Consequently, all orders are final and non-refundable once submitted.
2. Fulfillment & Modification Rules
Report Language: Reports are provided in English.
Interpretive Nature: Astrological charts represent analytical opinions and interpretive evaluations. Disagreement with astrological predictions, personality descriptions, or timing windows is not eligible for refund or dispute.
1-Hour Detail Revision Window: If you entered an incorrect birth date, birth time, or location during checkout, you must email [email protected] within 1 hour of purchase with your order ID and corrected details. Requests submitted after 1 hour cannot be accommodated.
3. Delivery Expectations
Reports are typically delivered to your provided email within 24 hours. While we make every effort to deliver ahead of schedule, occasional minor delays due to server traffic or astrological calculation complexity do not warrant a refund.
